Brett Loudermilk was one of two acts from last week’s America’s Got Talent to peak about their experiences for this weekend’s YouTube post summing up audition experiences.

New episodes of Penn & Teller: Fool Us return to The CW tonight (do the local listings thing) and Penn Jillette told TV Insider this season boasts “the best magicians by far.”

Criss Angel joined Las Vegas Fox 5′s Mike Davis in the most recent episode of Coffee With Mike. They might both be masked, but at least it was a real visit and not a virtual session!

Deadline reached out to the directors of Netflix smash hit Tiger King and were told the group “categorically are not doing this documentary series involving Roy Horn or Siegfried.”

The Las Vegas Review-Journal’s John Katsilometes spoke with Hans Klok about the illusionist’s plans to return to the Vegas stage.

Ellusionist’s Brad Christian Comments On Offensive Tweets

Recently several offensive tweets were made on a Twitter account attached to Ellusionist’s Brad Christian. Mr. Christian sent an email to Ellusionist newsletter subscribers one week ago (Tuesday, June 9) stating “My account was hacked last night, and a truly disgusting tweet went out about Obama and the George Floyd incident. This does not reflect my views in any way.” You can read the full text of the email message after the jump.

Virtual Performances And Strip [Magic Bulletin]

Hartford’s Fox 61 spoke to local magician Matt Szat about his virtual shows yesterday.

Meanwhile, Vegas News reports Murray SawChuck (along with girlfriend/Crazy Girls host Dani Elizabeth) and Tape Face returned to the Strip…. but it was just to film a piece on high stakes slot machine play. Hopefully the shows will all be open soon!

Dutch illusionist Nigel Otermans recently shared his metamorphosis performance on the television program Cultur in Actie.

Damien O’Brien was a hit during his recent Britain’s Got Talent but he spoke to Metro about pulling out of his scheduled audition in 2018 due to mental health challenges.

We found something really cool on YouTube. Hudson the Magician is a young performer who recently had his “first official performance.” It was a virtual show, which will make it even more memorable as his career progresses. However, his first performance story gets even better: he was joined by Jon Dorenbos and Shin Lim.
