It wasn’t until after it aired that we realized Mat Franco was on Hallmark’s Home and Family recently. They are usually pretty good about posting clips from the show online, but for some reason we haven’t been able to find anything…we did, however, turn up this interview from last month that sees mat sitting down with Miss Rhode Island USA Kelsey Swanson. In it, Mat confirms that his show at The Linq has been renewed for two more years.
Mat Franco took a break from Vegas to visit Harry Connick Jr. on his talk show Harry.

The most successful magician ever to compete on America’s Got Talent returned to the AGT stage last night for a little holiday magic. Of course, since winning America’s Got Talent Mat Franco has gone on to his own successful Vegas show at The Linq.
In addition to this bit of magic, the America’s Got Talent Holiday Spectacular included performances from Jon Dorenbos, the Clairvoyants and Piff the Magic Dragon (with some guys he brought along from Vegas called Penn and Teller).
If you missed America’s Got Talent Holiday Spectacular last night, you can pick and choose the acts you want to see on the AGT YouTube page and we are pretty sure that you can stream the whole thing over on NBC.com now.
Past America’s Got Talent winners Mat Franco and Paul Zerdin returned for the first of this year’s live shows. Mat mixed a little prestidigitation with digital presentation… and we probably need a snazzy catchphrase for this kind of magic! Get more Mat, including ticket info for his Vegas show, over at his official website.
We already pointed out that The Illusionists special will be airing on NBC Wednesday night. What we held back is that a rebroadcast of Matt Franco’s Got Magic will lead in to the new one hour special. This clip with Jason Mraz is just a sample of what you will see with Matt.

Just in case you were not up late enough to see Last Call with Carson Daly earlier this week, here is Mat Franco’s appearance. Mat is, of course, still taking Vegas by storm and recently was voted Best New Magic Act in Sin City. Keep up with Mat on his website or catch him at the Linq next time you are in Vegas.
