So we were thinking that we hadn’t seen anything from Kyle Marlett lately… What’s up with that? So we hit his YouTube page and found out that he is out camping. He did some magic, went hiking and even saw a squirrel.
Tyler Reed is back with another new trick from his Thursday magic trick series. You can keep up with this young magician’s new videos on his YouTube page.
Earlier today we mentioned an article on Lakota magician Reuben Fast Horse. We dug around for some videos showcasing his magic and we found some (like this one and this one). And then we found this video of Reuben performing a bit of poetry using native sign language and for me, well, that was the real magic. When I was young, many years ago, my great grandfather would show me what he called Plains sign language. I haven’t practiced in years but I recognized a good deal of his words… he is a Lakota and I’m an urban partial blood (none of it Lakota) but we could understand each other. Better yet, Reuben reminded of someone I have not seen in a very long time. That’s magic, right?
Thank you Reuben.
Ben Hart is in the United Arab Emirates for some shows with Impossible and was interviewed on the show 7 Days where they challenged him to do a little magic without props.
Murray SawChuck is leaving pranks behind to find social media fame in the whole “food porn” world. Then he finds out that it is a world with even harsher critics than magic!
Presenting the Magic of Y. It is not in English; I think it is Polish (based on the knowledge gathered by dating girl with Polish grandparents way back when Daddy Bush was president). You don’t need to speak Polish (or whatever they are speaking) to follow along and if you think you can follow along, try the official Magic of Y website.
