Eric DeCamps Becomes Dean Of SAM Assembly #1

We received the following email from our good buddy Eric DeCamps.

Last Friday evening, over 220 magicians and guests braved torrential rains and packed the Goldwurm Auditorium on Madison Avenue in NYC to celebrate Eric DeCamps being officially inducted as the new Dean of the Society of American Magicians, Parent Assembly # 1.

The crowd included, Bob Fitch, Meir Yedid, George Schindler, David Corsaro, Alan “Ace” Greenberg, Steve Rodman, Thomas Gaudette, Marc DeSouza, Mark Mitton.

DeCamps is off to perform at the Magic Castle on September 27th. He’ll also be our guest on the next Magic Stars podcast. Because he’s awesome.

Congrats, Dean.

Our pal Eric DeCamps is proud to announce he’s bringing his acclaimed show Pure Magic – A Performance of Contemporary Conjuring to the West Coast magic mecca The Magic Castle. It’s a rare one night only performance for the Castle.
