Not Magic But… Sport Speed Stacking

Although sport speed stacking may not get the attention it did a couple of years ago, it is still a familiar activity for kids all over the world. This introductory video from the Speed Stacks brand introduces not only stacking champion and host Emily Fox, but also the basic moves and what makes the stacking cups so special.

Not Magic But… First Nations Hoop Dancing

This video features a traditional Plains performer from the Smokey Valley Hoop Dancers. It is not actually magic, but I know I have borrowed a few moves from hoop dancers for my linking ring routines and it seems an obvious source of inspiration for anyone performing linking hula hoops.
