The Clairvoyants, also known as Thommy Ten and Amelie van Tass, were the first magic act and only the second overall act to return to the America’s Got Talent stage last night on the premiere of America’s Got Talent: The Champions. After legendary Got Talent performer Susan Boyle got Mel B’s Golden Buzzer there was only one slot available for advancement among the acts from last night. The panel of superfans assembled unfortunately did not advance The Clairvoyants into the next round.

AGT alum Derek Hughes has penned a deal with Penguin Random House for his new children’s book Humpty Dumpty Lived Near a Wall, which was illustrated by Nathan Christopher.

Florida Today has a couple of magical events in the Sunshine State. First, on January 13 the Cocoa Village Playhouse will host a competition to crown a new Magician Of The Year in partnership with the Magic Dove Magic Shop in Cocoa Village. Then on the 15th the Space Coast Magic Club will be hosting their annual banquet.
