IndieWire.com’s Liane Starr took a stab at why magic is reappearing on television. We know some of y’all have already looked over the article (which you can read for yourself here) because Bizarro has left a comment!

Meanwhile, Digital Spy is asking if it is time for one magic related show, Jonathan Creek, to disappear. Ouch!

Speaking of British television, Darcy Oake’s first magic special premiered over the weekend. CBC News caught up with the Manitoba magician for a few comments in a short article. A tour will follow (as mentioned in the video at the top of the page).

Mike Weatherford of the Las Vegas Review-Journal offered up his thoughts on the now cat free Rick Thomas show, with a few comments from Thomas himself. Weatherford gives Thomas the old thumbs up in the article.

Finally, an article from The Independent by Otto Penzler, the editor of a new collection of classic locked room mysteries, explains the rules of the mystery sub-genre with more than one reference to the craft of the stage magician.

Give me a break. How much BS can yo get away with??? “It’s the most dangerous”, “It’s not a trick”
It’s so obvious. All you have to do is look at the prop. Are these judges all idiots?

Amazing how the blades fall 1 second after he drops.
