Legendary Indian magician K Lal was laid to rest Monday. His last rites in Ahmedabad, India were attended by thousands.
…addressing a gathering at Lal’s native village Bagasara in Amreli district, Chief Minister Narendra Modi said, “For over six decades, Lal made name for himself through the art of magic….I salute K Lal who has made not only Gujarat but even India proud. His work is known across several countries, which speaks volumes about his art.”
The legendary magician was diagnosed with brain cancer a year ago, and had undergone chemotherapy.
Lai reportedly performed over 22,749 shows in his lifetime.
Our condolences from iTricks to all of Lal’s family and friends.
