I really enjoyed getting Dan's perspective on his AGT experience. The only problem I had was the disconnect between his complaints that the production staff was more of a hindrance than a help, while at the same time admitting that he didn't realize how big AGT was, he wasn't prepared with enough doable material, and he didn't care if he won. I'm not knocking Dan's attitude… like he said, everyone should get exactly what they want out of it… but at the same time, I can understand the production staff's lack of motivation if this was the vibe Dan was giving off.

Well, yeah, u are kinda knockin Dan. Which I don't understand. I admire Dan..he has got a great head on his shoulders. Freakin out Howie will go down in AGT history, but the winner will be forgotten by Christmas.

Dan had material, but remember the unexpected call? Dan basically had 4 hours on set to prepare. Also, the top 10 gotta do like a AGT tour…no way Dan could do that. Too many prior commitments.

Things happen for a reason and I believe this was the best set up for Dan…just enough exposure to giddy up what he already has going.

Maybe you'd understand it if you listened to the episode; and if you did, then go listen again. All I did was paraphrase exactly what Dan said, and then said I had no problem with it. So what exactly is YOUR problem? My only point is that if one is less than completely engaged in the whole AGT experience, it seems odd to complain about the same in the production staff.
