EFFECT:
Have someone concentrate on a thought. Ask them to imagine their glass of water as a crystal ball and to focus their thoughts into it. Tearing a corner from a piece of paper, you askthe spectator to dip the paper into the water. Slowly and eerily…THEIR THOUGHT APPEARS ON THE PAPER!

This effect has A LOT going for it. It’s simple, direct, very easy to perform, visually POWERFUL, and you end clean! It also doesn’t require a whole lot of scripting. As with some of my favorite effects, I’ve even performed it in total silence (at a gig where the band or ambient sound was just too loud, or for tourists who don’t speak English!) This effect is also very flexible when it comes to performing conditions. It works very well in both close-up and stand-up shows and always gets a great reaction!

With the spectator’s finger touching the top of the deck, the deck slowly splits ITSELF in half. With a delicate touch, their chosen card SHOOTS out of the pack. The deck is completely examinable before and after the effect. They will find nothing; they will have no explanation.

Impossible Coin Across By Matt Fore
One coin out of four is selected by the spectator and noted. A random colored sticker is chosen and marked with the spectator’s name or initial. This sticker is placed on the selected coin. The other three coins are held by the spectator as they stand well away from you. The marked coin vanishes in the most clear manner and reappears in the spectators hand. The coin is verified! This looks like real magic. You will be amazed at how fair, clean, and magical this effect is.
