It was a phrase, and she revealed that at one point, which resulted in one enterprising "psychic" to try to fool her into thinking he had actually made contact. She never bought though.

Omg this will be AWESOME! I hope to see something insane. You guys definitely need to record it in case we see his ghost or something in the rewind. Btw, didn't Houdini say that as long as his wife didn't give anybody some "special" papers, he could never be contacted via Seance? I read it in a book once.
