Our buddy Marco Tempest has a new web video that would have really fit well last Monday.

To be honest we’re kind of at a loss for words to describe it, so just take a look see yourself and then comment below.

WOW, That is really cool, imagine what else you could do with that, its soo great to have cutting edge technology like that because to most people it already looks like magic!
    5/5 Stars

Beautiful, strange, and totally Marco. Best card trick EVER.

“Any sufficiently advanced form of technology is indescribable to magicians.”

Absolutely brilliant. I had to look up “augmented reality” (mostly from videos online). Seeing what Marco did with this still emerging technology is inspiring.

I was lucky enough to see Marco do this live. Looking over at the screen and seeing
I think it's a little hard to truly appreciate not being there live, seeing that those images are all there in real-time.

Congratulations on a ground-breaking magical performance piece!

Love the new trick…it's a work in progress, but follows Marco's theme of taking audiences into unusual environments through virtual reality technology. This time, the “reality” is the inside of his own mind as he performs the trick. Of course, as Marco's manager, I'm biased — and the Youtube clip is really a “first public showing” of something he's been working out the technology on for some time now. Your comments will help us tweak things and make them clearer as we move forward…so let us know your thoughts!

“Augmented reality” is on the cusp of being the coolest thing around! How is it that Marco always gets ahold of this stuff before everyone else! He was the first to put out an effect with an iphone too. This is a lot of fun, and really Marco. I sent this off to my friends that work on the tech for the U.S. senate and they loved it. “Augmented Reality” is a BIG deal, and an important technology. Goof for you Marco, you made this VERY magical!

its amazing to see what you can do with Final Cut Pro. It's bad ass. ;-)

  • Josh

That was the most amazing and cool thing I have seen in awhile. Very smart and new.

  • VirtualMagician

    CrowGarrett:
No FinalCut Pro needed for this.
This is real-time graphics stuff. No post-processing. This all happens live.

I like when the computer said, “Marco I did not know you could do that.”
Who knows what Marco can really do? That is what makes him so awesome and perhaps my favorite magician.
    Truly amazing.
Plus we get to see his video head figure in the background again. I love that. Sorry, simple pleasures for me. :)

    Great job Marco!
