The tricks are done. The endurance stunt is over. Central Park is a little less bustling. David Blaine might still be soaring over Manhattan.

But what did YOU think? Let us know!

lolol. Yes, the Itricks stream was cool. I lurked for awhile before MF came on. Blaine, sorry, was a snoozer. But Mr. Editor, you were great. Going between the show and the live peeps on the stream. You handled it really well. I do have to say that the best trick was done by Mr. Editor. I've never seen eating a granola bar look so sexy!...or maybe I was just hungry..lolol.

good magic. but the i actually really enjoyed the itricks live video thinger. very fun to chat live...
  • The Bullet Catch was amazing.

The ending of the show was very confusing. I watched the program with a bunch of friends, and we were all very confused as to what was going on. He jumped, touched the stage, and then went flying up on the cable. Then the announcer said that he had "vanished". It really didn't play well for the TV at all. I'm interested to hear what the ending looked like live at the event.

I'm not sure if the magic lived up to the hype of "the best magic he's ever done". I still enjoyed watching it though.

David Blaine is a living legend.
  • No, he is talking with Regis and Kelly right now... explaining he was supposed to sweep down and "ascend into the heavens" supported by balloons. He explained to Regis that it got too windy, which is why the special went over, and basically ruined the intended effect.

He completly missed the last trick... the dive of death... he was hanging there looking up like if he was thinking OH MY GOD !

you could see the shame on is face !

however, all of the tricks performed were really really nice.

Great street magic and innovative close-up, but hat had to be the worst ending of a TV special ever...Dive of death with cables holding him? vanishing off-camera into a dark sky? Copperfield flying was even better than that.

I think there was way tooo much hype on the "Dive of death".
  • I was glad to see David do more magic.
