Three of the biggest actors in Hollywood are stepping up to fill in for Heath Ledger’s role in Terry Gilliam’s The Imaginarium Of Doctor Parnassus, if an Ain’t It Cool News report is to be believed. Jude Law, Colin Farrell and Johnny Depp will each play the character for a portion of the film since the script reportedly allows for the character’s shape shifting.
Ledger’s character is a mysterious new member to a group of magicians. The group is led by the titular doctor who trades his daughter’s soul for real magical powers. Ledger shot a portion of the film before he was found dead in his New York City apartment.
