Digital Graffiti By David Peck – DVD: Digital Graffiti By David Peck - DVD The Sleight Of Hand Of David Peck! David Peck is an award winning Canadian magician, public speaker, and lecturer. Digital Graffiti is David’s first DVD release. The material spans over twenty years of performing for magicians and lay audiences alike. Copperfield Entered Into Gaming Hall Of Fame

copperfield

According to a press release from the American Gaming Association, David Copperfield is among the four newest inductees into the organization’s Hall of Fame

Hailed by audiences and critics alike as the greatest magician in the world, David Copperfield has elevated the ancient art of magic to new heights and redefined it along the way. He has vanished the Statue of Liberty, walked through the Great Wall of China, flown through the air and made audience members disappear and reappear in places they would never expect.

Click here for the rest as well as the other inductees. This of course is gaming as in gambling and not a vindication of David’s rumored new friendship with pick up artist legend Mystery.

iTricks Places Second In Magic Woods Awards

Magic Woods Awards

Thank you very much to everyone who voted for iTricks in The Magic Woods Awards. It is very humbling to think that in six months of operation we only placed behind the The Magic Woods Awardslargest magic message board The Magic Cafe for Best Magic Website. Again, congratulations to everyone who won from us at iTricks (in particular Morgan Strebler for Newcomer of the Year, whom we’ve heard is a reader) we hope to do even better next year by giving everyone the best possible magic news, videos, reviews and new magic listings on the internet.

Thanks again.

Magician Helps Those Who Helped His Twin Brother

Posted by Editor on April 30th, 2007

Nurses Helped John Felix

Magician Nick Felix toplined a benefit for the Lee Regional Visiting Nurse Association in Maine over the weekend to show his gratitude for their care over his twin brother John. A few years ago, John had a life-threatening brain operation requiring an intense rehabilitation program. This is where the VNA stepped in and gave him the care he needed, putting him in a good enough mood for some black humor at the Spring Gala where his brother performed.

John Felix, who joked that he was “6 feet, 2 inches before they cut a chunk of my head off” was equally appreciative of the work of the VNA.

The show went off without a hitch, including a metal box handcuff escape while 11 metal spikes descend on him rapidly.

iTricks.TV Pick Of The Day: Six Card Rap- PA Style

iTricks.TV

Above is a clip from the Pocono Mountains Magic Club (around where the American version of The Office takes place for those geographically challenged) and halfway through features a version of Ellis and Webster’s Six Card Rap complete with lip synced Australian accent. We found it on the pair’s Magic Unlimited blog. Just how awesome is it to see a kid from central Pennsylvania rap with an Aussie accent? It beats out David Copperfield escaping from Alcatraz and Criss Angel walking on water as our favorite clip uploaded in the last 24 hours.
