Glemme
by Patrick Redford

Glemme (Norwegian for “To Forget”) comes bottled and ready to roll. Inside you’ll read how to make anyone forget virtually anything with a reliable method that doesn’t rely on pure psychology. The subject will ALWAYS feel as if he forgot that very something he was asked to remember.

Imagine you’ve asked someone what color his shirt is. After he responds, you openly write this color down so everyone can see it. Then you place your subject into the proper mind set. The subject “Locks the color into his memory” and verbally confirms that he has it. A few moments go by and the subject can’t remember the color, no matter how hard he tries!

Inside you’ll learn how to perform “The Original Forgotten Ploy” with playing cards, a large sketch pad, a dry erase board, and even a combination lock!

Illusioncraft is proud to present Mercury Matchbox by Mark Southworth. The card box is on the table in full view of the spectator. A card is freely selected, signed and returned to the middle of the deck. The performer announces that the card is no longer in the deck, and that it is now in the card box.

The spectator opens the card box and empties out the contents. To their surprise there is a matchbox inside. The performer takes the matchbox, opens it and unbelievably reveals that there is a folded up playing card inside. The performer tips it out, and proceeds to unfold it. It is the spectators signed card!

The Journey

Lonnie Chevrie takes you on a magical Journey with four silver coins. Your audience will be spellbound as they watch coins vanish, only to reappear moments later. Jaws will drop as the final coin seemingly vanishes from a spectator’s own fingertips! This routine is strikingly visual, yet easy to perform. The requirements are simple: four coins and a matching gimmick that most magicians already own or can easily obtain from any magic dealer.

Stephen Tucker and Owen Packard even teach you how to build your own variations of the original gimmicks for use with other routines.

Works with any shell set

Absolutely angle proof

Bob Kohler’s routine for the Shell Game has become legendary. Why, because Bob’s routine is used by more professional magicians than any other routine of it’s kind. Bob’s routine has been honed through thousands of live performances for paying audiences.

What makes it so great? The psychology is built in. Bob’s choreography and patter are designed so that the performer knows which shell the spectator will choose each and every time! This lets you concentrate on the performance so you get the standing ovation you deserve.

From the creator of “Water to Beer” comes Phork

“The most powerfull effects are the ones that happen on their hands”

Effect

You take some forks and ask a spectator to hold one on his hands. You instruct the spectator to gently rub the fork and imagine it getting soft, like rubber. Slowly, the fork bends over until it is almost bent in half on your spectators hands. This is a remarkable experience that your audience will remember forever. It can be fully examined, there’s nothing to find out. A true miracle.

A Brand New and Most Novel Card Trick With More Twists Than a Tornado! Originated by Zane Himself.

Effect

This effect starts off as just a regular ‘Ambitious Card Routine’, but then it gets darn right crazy, but crazy in a good way! A card is selected and placed into the centre of the deck. The magician, (that’s you!) then tells the spectator that their chosen card will rise to the top of the deck, but when the top card is turned over, it’s not their card! So you say “Well since this card likes to be on top of the deck, we’ll use this card instead.” The card is signed and unmistakably placed into the centre of the deck. You now ask the spectator to turn over the top card, and ‘Success’! To everyone’s surprise and amazement, the card has risen to the top of the deck, that is, except for the pips! But get this! It’s still the same signed card! But now oddly, with all the pips cut out & missing! Then you comment, that “The pips must still be in the deck somewhere!” No sooner than this is said, the deck is spread face-down and surprisingly, one card is now seen to be face-up in the centre, which proves to be their originally selected card - but now with all the missing pips Fused into it! Amazing! The pips have somehow found the spectators chosen card! But as if that wasn’t amazing enough, for the real kicker finish, you say “Actually it was easy for the pips to know which card was yours (dramatic pause) because your card is the only one in the deck with a different coloured back!” The spectator turns over their card and discovers this indeed to be so. Leaving them in a totally Con-Fused state!
